Regulations and mechanisms to control prices manipulators in the region
During Tuesday monthly meeting at the Chamber Branch in Al-Qatif
The General Manager of Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Region in charge Mohammad bin Saud Al-Thawab ensured that the branch is committed to monitor the markets of the region to make sure there are no irregularities in the validity of goods, production, prices, noting that a number of rules and procedures adopted to reduce this occurrence of unjustified rising prices spread last period.
Throughout the meeting Al-Thawab said that the commercial fraud department receives many calls and daily complains reporting cases of manipulation in product prices... Al-Thawab praised the services offered by the Business service center of the branch.
Members suggested to address Al-Qatif Municipality and inform them of the Council's desire of receiving the Mayor for more details on the new fish market and the Municipality viewpoint toward this.
